A message from the Worshipful Master…
Just a very quick thank you to all those that supported the Cae Glas December Festival last week. A special thanks to those who very kindly donated prizes for the raffle and ‘scams’. Also, well done, and thank you to everyone that took part in the evening, both in the ceremonials upstairs in the lodge room, and downstairs at the festive board. Without your input and support Cae Glas wouldn’t be the vibrant and successful lodge that it is. You can click the images above to see them larger.
From a charitable point of view, the evening was a great success too.
You’ll be pleased to hear that we collected £78 of alms in the lodge room, and raised a further £515 at the festive board.
A total of £593! An excellent result, which I’m sure will please our Charity Steward!
In closing, if I don’t have the opportunity of meeting you again before Christmas, I wish you and your families all the best for the festive period. I hope you have a wonderful break.
Once again, thank you all, for your support and enthusiasm, it’s very much appreciated.
